Is it looking a little white in your neck of the woods? This is the view out our side kitchen window.
That pile of snow had been all over the car. But Mr. House Pretty got out his new snowblower and did some playing. The dark "spots" you see going up the "hill", to the right, are Amanda's bootprints. Needless to say, she loves the snow!
It's still snowing, and the weather network says the snow will continue through the night.
The YMCA was even closed this morning, so no laps for me. Gosh, they never close! They're kind of like Tim Horton's. Tim's is big in Canada. For those of you South of the border, it would kind of be like your Dunkin Donuts.
Anyway, with no Y open, I got my bathrooms cleaned. Although I would have sooner been at the pool! Trying to find the silver lining here, my buddies. I'm trying...
Stay warm and stay home if you don't need to be out in this!

Oh you're in Canada too! I am an hour north of Toronto! And yeah, we got hit, here.
ReplyDeleteI live beside a mall, and last night I walked through to get to a store to get milk, and 3/4 of the stores in the mall, were closed by 8, and the city took the buses off the road too.
Ready for spring here! lol
Yay, another Canadian blogger! Oh, I am SO ready for Spring!!!
ReplyDeleteWOW!!! Sometimes I wish it got cold here since I love the snow.
ReplyDeleteHappy Sunday!
Dunkin' Donuts was my go-to when we lived down south, but the one in the town closest to us doesn't make good coffee (I've been to a lot of DDs and they were always good, but not that one), so I switched over to Tim Horton's and they are spot-on delicious every time.
ReplyDeleteThe footprints in your picture made me laugh. Kids do love the snow. :)
Stay warm.
